Meeting Announcement
October 14-16, 2010
The ATDWWC meeting will take place October 14-15, 2010 (Thursday & Friday) at the Hampton Inn Suites, along with our community service commitment on Saturday, October 16, 2010. This is a full two (2) day meeting and participation/volunteer work to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Dallas, TX. For those who are with AA/AE, there will be a speaker from the company so plan your UB/UBP accordingly.
Planned timeline schedule:
Thursday, October 14, 2010 - 10:00am to 5:00pm (Lunch Provided)
Friday, October 15, 2010 - 9:00am to 4:00pm (Lunch Provided)
Saturday, October 16, 2010 - Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Dallas, TX

Local Presidents and officers are always welcome to attend our Working Women’s Committee Meetings. We encourage them to join us and offer an open invitation for them to address our group. As always, the ATDWWC appreciates all of the continued support.
For an accurate headcount, please RSVP or have your President RSVP verification of how many representatives will be attending from your local, along with names to me at atucker@twu.org or call 817-282-2544 (office)/817-723-2652 (cell). You MUST obtain approval from your president before attending unless you are attending on your own time and at your own expense.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are participating and/or volunteering for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, there is a group volunteer form that I must submit prior to race day. The 1k Walk starts at 7:30 AM and the 5k Walk/Run begins at 8:00 AM, so we will have to work together on getting everyone there on time. Volunteers are required to be there before both race times and depending on the volunteer assignment it could be as early as 5:00am. This is a chance to show off your communication skills!!
Race Fees
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL - Online registration is $30/adult & $20/child (under 12) on or before Labor Day. After 9/6/10 $32/adult. Mailed registration is $35/ adult and $20/child under the age of 12. Must be post marked by Friday, 10/1/10. In-person registration is $35 Wed - Fri and $40 on Race Day, Saturday, 10/16/10.
